Quely ("Quely", "we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the Quely platform, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

Quely is an intelligence layer that connects the systems teams already use, organizes work and context into Spaces and Units, and helps surface signals through Orbit and Lenses.

Website analytics and advertising technologies used on Quely's public marketing website are described below.

Website Analytics, Advertising, and Cookies

When a public Quely marketing page loads, the website uses the following measurement and advertising services:

  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4) helps us understand traffic sources, campaigns, page views, device categories, and general website usage.
  • Mixpanel helps us understand intentional website interactions, such as navigation, calls-to-action, blog filters, pagination, successful newsletter submissions, and how visitors move through a website session.
  • LinkedIn Insight Tag helps us measure LinkedIn advertising, understand website actions, build website audiences, and retarget visitors with Quely advertising on LinkedIn.

These services load automatically on the public marketing website. They may process information such as the page visited, referring source, campaign parameters, browser and device category, approximate location, interaction type, IP address, and time of the event. LinkedIn's tag may also collect limited website-action information such as page names, button text, clicks, page visits, and form-submission events.

We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, form-field values, message content, or uploaded content through Quely's GA4 or Mixpanel event wrapper. Mixpanel Session Replay is enabled for marketing-site sessions, with all page text and form inputs masked and images and videos blocked from the recording. Console logs, network activity, canvas content, and heatmap data are not recorded. Mixpanel autocapture remains disabled, while IP-derived approximate geolocation is enabled. Quely's Mixpanel project uses US data residency. Google Signals and Google advertising personalization are disabled in the website implementation. LinkedIn enhanced matching is not enabled by Quely's website code.

These tools may use cookies, local storage, advertising identifiers, or similar technologies. You can limit or clear those technologies through your browser settings and applicable Google, Mixpanel, and LinkedIn privacy controls. Information From Third-Party Integrations
Quely integrates with external tools such as:

Website measurement data is retained according to the configured retention periods in GA4 and Mixpanel and the applicable LinkedIn retention practices.

Upon verified request, we will:

  • Delete personal data associated with the account
  • Remove stored collaboration data where technically feasible

Google OAuth and Google API Services

If you choose to sign in or connect services using Google authentication:

  • Quely may access your basic Google account information, such as your name and email address, to authenticate your account.
  • This information is used solely to enable login and account functionality.

Quely's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Google user data will not be used for advertising purposes or sold to third parties.
